If you are not satisfied with the item (s) you ordered, we will be happy to offer you a refund for your purchase. You can return the items within a maximum of 60 days.

To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase with the order number.

To make a return, please contact us atcontact@shiny-jewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with information and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please make sure you get a delivery receipt when sending your package. Items received without proof of postage or which do not reach us cannot be refunded.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. We advise you to return your items via a service allowing parcel tracking because unfortunately we cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft.

EXCEPTIONS

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on our earrings. Please select them carefully.

REPAYMENT PERIOD

After receipt of your package, a confirmation message will be sent to you and you will be refunded within 10 days.

SALE ITEMS

We do not accept returns / refunds on sale items.

DAMAGE TO ITEMS

All of our jewelry is carefully checked and packaged so that you can receive it in perfect condition. If you ever receive your package in defective condition or it is not the correct item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@shiny-jewelry.com. We will offer you an exchange for your item after analyzing the problem.
